This is a beautiful poster for one of my favorite songs. Rivers in general give me a chill down my spine, whether I'm walking in one's valley, hearing about them through song, or seeing one in images. I feel like they encompass a very curious vein of the world, questing and powerful, but not always "in the know" about the power side of things. This poster is gorgeous, and I feel like you married the natural with the technological by the use of your clean lines and simple, yet strong shapes in the center. The lines feel like they could be many modern tech derivitaves, from powerlines, road paint, and currents through a computer chip. The triangle is perfectly situated, each point touching land, water, and sky respectively - I love the sybolism there - with the slightly distorted "window" perhaps giving example to how technology has clouded the true view of nature. It's really an amazing piece, well put together and subtly moving. I wish I could take a walk down this river. Fantastic, and thank you so much for sharing it.
Wow, that's an incredibly thoughtful comment. Thank you so much for taking the time to, not only write this comment, but to listen to the music and look so closely at the art.
When I look at your artwork, and listen to wolfgun's music I get this amazing feeling inside, and remember things from when I was a kid, and even though I had no idea of any of this when I was that young I feel as though the emotion accompanying your beautiful pieces of art and wolfgun's equally beautiful music is a feeling that I have been waiting for my whole life. Thank you.
Wow. That's quite an amazing comment to get! Thank you so much for sharing how the music and art make you feel. It's always a treat to hear from fans when the music affects them like this. I hope we continue to offer that feeling in our work for a long time. Thanks for listening and looking!
This has quite a spiritual feel... you have water (emotions) flowing from the center point of the circle (cycle of life) encompassed by trinity (force of creation). Whether you meant it or not, this has some pretty sweet symbolism spewing from it!
I may not fully understand the unique impact and meaning my work causes others to experience, but it was definitely not put there by accident ;D All of my work has meaning behind it and I rarely do something 'just because.' Thank you for taking the time to tell me what this piece meant to you, it's always a treat to see what thoughts my work invokes.
